    My Nana's Cookies is not comfortable copying another artist's work. Any cookie photos attached to this order form will be used for INSPIRATION ONLY. Your cookies will NOT look exactly like the photo sent (if applicable). I have my own artistic style and will create a unique set of cookies for each order.

    Once a quote is given, the booking date will be held for 24 hours. Payment in full is required to be placed on my calendar. If payment is not received within 24 hours of the quote, the requested date cannot be guaranteed.

    Custom cookies are quite time-consuming.

    Here’s the process:

    1. Create the requested design.
    2. Make dough, chill, cut shapes, bake.
    3. Prepare several colors of icing.
    4. Decorate. (This part can take several hours over 2-3 days, depending on the complexity of the design.)

    A dozen cookies can take up to 4 hours to complete.

    * Custom cookies start at $60 per dozen; pricing varies depending on cookie size and design.

    * There is a 1-dozen minimum for custom orders.

    Cookies are packaged in air-tight bags. If you would like each cookie tied with a bow (for a party favor, for example), there is an added charge of $0.50 per cookie.

    For a price quote, please fill out the attached “Order Request” form. I will do my best to create your requested designs, but please note that any photos attached to your order form are used for INSPIRATION ONLY. I cannot reproduce someone else’s work without their permission.

    My Nana’s Cookies bills through Square. Payment in full is required to secure your booking date. Once I have received your payment, the order will be put on my calendar.

    Cancellations 4 weeks prior to pick-up will receive a 95% refund.

    Cancellations 2 weeks prior to pick-up will receive a 50% refund.

    Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to pick-up will not receive a refund.
